Section 8 Participant Documents
All participating families in the Alameda Housing Authority Section 8 program are invited to download any of the the forms below for their use. These forms are periodically updated to keep in line with current HUD and Alameda Housing Authority policies and procedures.
Original completed forms must be turned in to the Section 8 Division. You can mail them, hand-deliver them or fax them to:
1. Mail or drop off to: 701 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501 (There is a 24 hour drop box to the left of our front door)
2. Fax to: (510) 522-7848
3. E-mail your case manager (see "Contacts" for information)
Anyone that does NOT have Section 8 Assistance must first be put on the waiting list. Applications for open waiting list are on the Waitlist page.
